HPOWER — Focused on high-performance crushing & screening, manufactured sand and wastewater treatment!
2003
HPOWER was founded. Drawing on years of front-line experience in plant design, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and production-line management, our engineers successfully developed a thin-oil lubrication system and riveted heavy-duty vibrating screens, replacing traditional grease-lubricated equipment. Annual sales grew from 300 units in 2005 to 1,500 units today.
2004
The first impact crusher designed for hard-rock crushing was successfully developed and still runs efficiently. The first unit recorded five years of maintenance-free operation!
2005
HPOWER produced a vertical shaft impact crusher comparable to Barmac-class manufactured-sand equipment, laying a solid foundation for today's aggregate sand-making solutions.
2006
HPOWER invested over RMB 20 million in a gyratory and cone crusher production base in the Shenyang Economic & Technological Development Zone, which officially started production.
2009
HPOWER jaw crushers entered production, completing the prototype of a full product line. Our turnkey aggregate plant solution layout began to take shape!
2015
With advanced technology, quality service and continuous improvement, HPOWER stood out in fierce quarry competition and won many mega quarry projects in China's coastal regions — including a 2 Mt/month crushed-stone plant in Sihui, Zhaoqing; a 1.2 Mm³/month plant for Yufeng in Zengcheng, Guangzhou; a 2 Mt/month plant for Taisheng in Jiangmen; and a 0.6 Mm³/month plant in Huizhou, among others.
2016
Following China's green development strategy — "lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" — HPOWER partnered with a Taiwanese enterprise holding a full German technology package for wastewater treatment equipment, completing our overall production equipment system for optimized plant configurations!
2017
After four years of development, HPOWER launched a new-generation high-performance multi-cylinder cone crusher with a leading technical position in China. Mastering core technology, HPOWER became a professional mining equipment manufacturer with a complete production line. The same year, after continuous R&D improvements, we released crawler / wheeled mobile crushing station series — enabling fully modular customized mobile plants based on our crushing and screening expertise!
2018
HPOWER produced China's first heavy-duty vibrating screen with a capacity of 1,000 t/h, achieving an outstanding screening efficiency of 98% — among the leading levels in the industry!
2019
A new generation of ultra-large vibrating screen was launched — 3 cm apertures, 2,700 t/h capacity — a new Chinese screening champion.
2021
After years of R&D, combining traditional cone crushers with the high-speed efficiency and structure of multi-cylinder hydraulic cones, HPOWER developed the new H-series heavy hydraulic cone crusher — featuring high capacity, good particle shape, less stone powder, durability and low maintenance — inheriting the strengths of both traditional and multi-cylinder cones!
2023
HPOWER's large cone crusher MPV1250 was launched, with finished product capacity up to 1,000 T/H. Contact us for details!
